Welcome to Capsouls. By booking a session with us, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below. These ensure clarity and a smooth experience for both parties.

Booking Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your in-home interview session.

• You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice. Reschedules made under 48 hours may result in a forfeited deposit.

• Interview sessions are conducted in your home, with a setup period of up to 1 hour followed by a 1–2 hour guided interview.

• Your final edited video capsules will be available for preview within 5 business days after the session.

Payments

• The remaining balance is due after the preview is delivered and before full access to the completed capsules is provided.

• Payments are accepted via [your payment methods here—Wix Payments, PayPal, etc.].

Editing & Delivery

• Your video capsules are carefully edited to tell a cohesive story. One round of basic revisions is included with each booking.

• After the final payment, you will receive clear instructions on how to access your private digital capsule.

Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your time and begin the production process.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session will result in loss of the deposit.

• If Capsouls must reschedule or cancel for any reason, you will be offered either a rescheduled session or a full refund.

• Final payments are only processed after the preview is shared.

Ownership & Usage

• All interview footage and final edited content remain the intellectual property of Capsouls.

• Clients may access and share their private capsules, but may not alter or redistribute the footage without written consent.
