A friendly reminder
You’ll receive a confirmation and a reminder before your session so you can prepare and plan with ease — gather a few photos or keepsakes if you like.
Step 3
The in-home interview
We set up quietly in your home (about an hour), then enjoy a 1–2 hour guided conversation. We ask thoughtful, story-driven questions. All you need to do is be yourself.
Step 4
Editing & private preview
We carefully edit your story into a cinematic film and share a private preview so you can request small changes.
Step 5
Final payment & delivery
Once you’re happy, the balance is settled and your finished keepsake is delivered — ready to share with the whole family.

What if I’m nervous on camera?
Almost everyone is at first. Within minutes it feels like a conversation, not a recording. We can pause anytime.
Can family members sit in?
Yes. Many families like a son, daughter or grandchild nearby — sometimes they even join in for a story or two.
